Konstantin is an experienced qualitative researcher whose career kicked off at Qualitative Quest, the boutique Russian research company. Graduating from Moscow State University, he wrote his dissertation on innovative consumer research methods as a first class student.
He is particularly interested in consumers' underlying motivations. Moving to London to develop his career further, he helped pioneer the "deep dive" approach which is now integral to Promise methodology.
As an associate member of the MRS (Market Research Society), he has experience in many sectors including technology, FMCG and Government. His international client base includes the HMRC, AstraZeneca, AOL, Vauxhall, Boots, Visa and Nokia. Understanding how 'Middle England' is changing and its response to modern life are his current assignments.
Outside work, Konstantin is very interested in the online world and is an experienced blogger. With the opportunities Web 2.0 gives to consumers, it encouraged him to found an online qualitative research community in Russia that unites over a 100 professionals.
