Jennifer Kitchen

Jennifer is our Managing Director in America. She is an exceptional brand strategist with a strong track record of delivering actionable results to her clients. Jennifer has a passion for what she does and that passion genuinely inspires others, both on her team and for the clients with whom she works.

She has worked across many industries throughout her career, including Automotive, Healthcare, Insurance, and Retail; although her greatest passion lies in Consumer Packaged Goods. She has a strong belief in helping clients manage and build their brands through enriched customer understanding. Ultimately, she has a natural sense of creativity and a desire to pushing the boundaries.

While her instincts are creative and strategic, her education is rooted in Economics and Statistics. Prior to joining Promise, Jennifer managed the 25 strong U.S. Consumer Goods, Retail and Restaurant industry practise for Harris Interactive. Jennifer strongly values and encourages teamwork, creativity and thought leadership. Her ability to embrace change and excel in forward-thinking business environments makes her a trusted advisor to brands and businesses today.

Jennifer is also a busy mother of 2 and is a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan.
