Careers at Promise
Promise is always looking for brilliant and inquisitive people to extend the offer we make to our clients. If you have a new dimension to add, please let us know. We will be especially interested in your application if you speak another language, or if you have experience working around the world.
Senior Consultant
Full time position (www.promisecommunities.com)
We're a leading innovation and brand strategy consultancy. But we're not like everyone else. We have a different process. A process we call co-creation. We specialise in bringing together consumers, staff and stakeholders to solve brand, insight and innovation challenges in a truly novel way.
Why do we do it? Two reasons. Firstly, we've found that co-creation leads to the design of better products, communications and strategies. And secondly, co-creation is the most powerful way we've found to ensure our innovations get implemented.
We've got a whole array of tools for making co-creation happen. The fastest growing one is our Consumer Advisory Boards: on-going closed online communities of consumers set up as strategic tools to help manage our client's brand. Once up and running, we become planning partners to our clients: helping them launch new products, develop new communication ideas, understand how to change behaviour and help make the dozens of daily decisions marketers have to make.
Online communities and co-creation are changing the way companies solve problems for good. Promise is a new breed of agency that has been there from the start, shaping and accelerating the adoption of co-creation. We believe that the way brands are managed is going to be completely revolutionised over the next 5-10 years, and this approach sits right at the centre of it all.
We are a young business (50 of us) that has achieved extraordinary success and developed an enviable reputation for our cutting edge work. Based out of Soho, we act as the strategic planning partners to a range of global clients including Sony Music, Danone, PepsiCo, O2, Orange, Nestle, Samsung and Virgin Media. Some of our achievements over the last 12 months include co-creating and launching two products for Danone, repositioning the Red Stripe brand, launching dozens of new albums for Sony Music, developing Virgin Media's marketing strategy and launching a new communication's platform for Tropicana.
