10 points to consider – point 8

Posted by Nicole Holloway under Branding and Co-creation and Community and Innovation and Insight and Online Communities, 19 Jul 2012

This is the eighth entry in our series: 10 points to consider when setting up Insight, Innovation & Strategy Communities.

Community projects aren’t like standard qualitative, or other forms of face-to-face work, where you speak to a few dozen consumers at a single point in time.

With a community you can go back and forth to the same group of people. To get the most out of your community, build iterative processes, create regular milestones to evaluate the direction of the findings and refine your enquiry accordingly.
