10 points to consider – point 6

Posted by Lilli Allihn under General, 17 Jul 2012

This is the sixth entry in our series: 10 points to consider when setting up Insight, Innovation & Strategy Communities.

The more effort you put into building community relationships, the more potent a community
you will build.
Over time, members get better acquainted with you and one another. The habits of working with each other mature. As this happens, the richness and depth of discussions improves markedly. The debates become richer and the ideas more creative. But building relationships takes time and effort. Spend time helping your community get to know one another on a personal level and not just a professional one.
