If there is one thing we’ve learned in the last four years it’s that people will talk about anything – from cleaning products to pesticide and plant sciences.
If there is one thing we’ve learned in the last four years it’s that people will talk about anything – from cleaning products to pesticide and plant sciences. But don’t expect it to just happen! ’Build it and they will come’ is a social media myth. Building truly effective communities requires time, effort and expertise. On any Promise community an expert will spend at least 2-3 hours a day on the site, building participation and motivation. We will use a dozen or more psychological models to build an engagement plan, consisting of daily activities that build community motivation.

Interesting post. A case of “everything in moderation” – except moderation!
On the subject of engagement, I believe Promise has an internal engagement model called Engage12?
If so, I wondered if you could please elaborate on this?
