How to effectively utilize online co-creation and communities

RULE 8 – BE BOLD

This sounds a cop-out as my last rule, but I mean it! I am sure these 8 rules will totally change in the next year, and if you are experimenting with communities I’d encourage you to be bold and develop your own principles.
